This is a guideline of current rates with origination fees, using $200,000 loan amount and 20% down (except FHA/VA loans where minimum down is the guideline.  FHA rates may be higher if you borrow more than $362,790)  Rates can change based on FICO score, documentation type, loan to value, property type, and occupancy.

Rates are updated weekly, however rates do change on a daily basis.  FICO scores under 680 have additional charges. 

* Loan limits are different by county but these reflect a large part of the front range.
